Meet Nicole Holtzman
I’m Nicole Holtzman, a chef, leader, and designer who is passionate about transforming the future of hospitality. With a background that blends Michelin-level creativity, Disney-caliber standards, and real-world operational expertise, I specialize in building food and beverage operations that perform as beautifully as they run. I founded 4 Elements Hospitality to partner with seasonal and destination operators, helping them build scalable systems that deliver consistent excellence. Our phased, customized approach tailors processes and procedures to each client’s unique needs driving measurable growth and doubling the bottom line for every operation we manage.
My diverse experience in the food and beverage industry has provided a powerful foundation for achieving exceptional results. I’ve contributed to concept and development initiatives for global hospitality brands, such as Disney, bringing both creative and operational insight to every project. My culinary journey includes Michelin-level kitchens and work as a private chef serving high-profile clients. Beyond that, I owned and operated a successful Los Angeles catering company producing large-scale weddings and events, and I’ve gone on to consult for over 30 seasonal operations while advising hundreds of food and beverage programs nationwide.
Today, my focus is on shaping the next generation of hospitality leadership helping operators build experiences that are not only profitable, but purposeful. When great systems meet great people, success becomes seamless from the inside out.
