Whether developing order-to-shelf workflows, building prep systems that reduce waste, or mentoring store teams on scalable, human-centered practices, I focus on aligning purpose, operations, and growth. My work blends creative strategy with operational percision.

Connie has 35 years of corporate experience where she specialized in process optimization and project management.  She utilizes her engineering degree with a minor in marketing to create a powerful foundation making ANY operation highly efficient and effective.
